Noses

Nose and skin color have to align with the genetics, which due to the introduction of dog genes has become far more complex than just "black or off-black noses" as found in real life wolves.

STandard

The standard color of wolf noses is black. This is the case for most genetics that don't involve dilutions. The lips are black as well, however the gums can be pink or a mix of both colors. Paw pads usually range from black to brown or grey.

Liver Dilution

All black pigment turns into a dark brown color, including nose and skin. The color of the nose can range from dark brown to a nearly pink-ish hue. Especially when paired with other genes (see below), the color can become much lighter.

Liver + Other genes

Liver dilution is very unstable when it comes to nose color. Liver noses lighten quickly when other genes come into play. For example recessive red (top row examples) with liver dilution almost exclusively causes very light brown or even pink noses. Irish white is another gene that tends to cause lighter pigmentation in liver noses, as seen in the first two pictures of the bottom row. The first one on the bottom row is heavily ticked, but irish white is still present. The last image shows a liver brindle, which again lightends the nose up quite a bit.

Genes that can cause light brown/pink-ish noses in liver wolves:

Sable, Agouti, Saddle, Brindle Recessive Red, Extended Minimal White, Irish White

Blue Dilution

Regardless of other genes, if a wolf has "dd" on the D-Locus, all black pigment turns blue, including noses and skin. There are varying degrees of dilution, some are darker while others are lighter. Either way, the nose color ranges from an off-black blue to lighter grey. The nose is never lighter than the darkest part of the coat.

LiLac Dilution

Nose and skin color turn into a warm grey or cool brown. The shade can range from darker to lighter, but usually remains a little more brown/pink than the lilac tone of the coat.

Domino

The domino gene can have an interesting effect on nose pigmentation: It is able to erase pigment from the middle of the nose, which creates a vertical pink stripe. Not all dominos show this phenomenon though, some also have regular black noses.
